Home inspections are performed to identify and report the features in a house. They typically start by inspecting the inside of the home, which includes living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, toilets, laundries and hallways. The features within these rooms are inspected too, such as floors, ceilings, walls, doors, lightings, cupboards and anything else the rooms host. The non-visible parts of the house are important to capture too. Inspectors will evaluate the roof cavities, insulation and water systems. Finally, the outside features, such as fences, driveways, gates, drainage, gutters, tiles, downpipes and vents will be inspected for damages or defects.
